Terms of Service for N8N Artist Helper -app

IMPORTANT – PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE & SALE BEFORE ACCESSING, USING, OR SUBSCRIBING TO N8N ARTIST HELPER.

The use of the N8N Artist Helper application (hereafter “App”) and the website www.antlawler.com (hereafter “Website”), which is owned and maintained by Ant Lawler (“we,” “our,” “us”), is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. We offer the App and Website, including all information, tools, and services available from them to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated here.

By accessing, using, subscribing, or placing an order through the N8N Artist Helper App or Website, you and your business agree to the terms set forth herein. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the App in any manner or form whatsoever.

SECTION 1 – APP AND WEBSITE USE

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use the N8N Artist Helper App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the App, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 – LICENSE TO USE N8N ARTIST HELPER

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ant Lawler grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the N8N Artist Helper App for your internal business or personal use. You shall not:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the App.

  • Reverse engineer or access the App to build a competitive product.

  • Use the App to distribute spam or otherwise bypass social media platform limits.

SECTION 3 – SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM INTEGRATION

The N8N Artist Helper App integrates with third-party platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, and Bluesky. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective Terms of Service of those third-party platforms. Ant Lawler is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your account (e.g., bans or rate-limiting) resulting from your use of the App.

SECTION 4 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The N8N Artist Helper App, including its code, design, logos, and original content, is the intellectual property of Ant Lawler. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App without express written permission from us.

SECTION 5 – SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

If you purchase a subscription to N8N Artist Helper, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available through the N8N Artist Helper App is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on the App is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, or more timely sources of information.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Ant Lawler, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising from your use of the N8N Artist Helper App.

SECTION 8 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ant Lawler from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party (such as TikTok's Developer Terms).

SECTION 9 – SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms.

SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services through N8N Artist Helper shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
