Despite being labeled as kind, yet lacks excellence, K.y.l.e is days away from graduating top of Formi-flight academy. That is until a mysterious mantis totem infect his mind, whispering thoughts of self-destruction and sabotage.

Burdened by the heroic legacy of his stepfather, C.a.r.l. - the courageous and resilient leader of the Antronauts, K.y.l.e. mistakenly places his trust in Aurora, a stranded moth sorceress, who lures him to her distant home planet with promise of a cure.

Yet he soon discovers this insect god has infected more than just his mind and it’s army of Beetle thralls threaten to control every habitable world they can find.
